Two of the reception rooms are on the first floor, one with a gas fireplace, and a double reception room on the ground floor with two gas fireplaces.

The rear-facing bedrooms look out on rows of neighbouring gardens with virtually no overlooking. Interior glazing gives views of the River Thames from both staircases. In total there are four bathrooms, six bedrooms and six reception rooms. In addition there is lots of under-eaves storage space. The lovely terraced back garden enjoys morning and afternoon sunshine. The home is a threeminute walk from the High Street and a five-minute walk from both Barnes Pond and Barnes Bridge Station. The Harrodian and St Paul’s Schools are within walking distance on the same road and King’s College School is a dedicated bus ride from Barnes Pond. 1. You always look under the furniture when buying older furniture. Furniture looks good on top, but that may not really be the case. Old furniture often have rust or dry rot and rust. Thanks From cloakroom basin vanity units
